Marco Muthi

Marco is an FA-qualified coach and performance specialist with a background in Sport & Exercise Science (University of Bath) and an MSc in Performance Football Coaching from St Mary's University.

Having worked across academy, grassroots, and semi-professional environments — including roles with Chelsea FC Foundation, Aldershot Town, and LionHeart Football — Marco combines science-backed training with real-world experience. His mission through M2FT is to help players and athletes unlock elite performance through structured, purposeful coaching both on and off the pitch.

Kamran is a qualified personal trainer who leads fitness classes on a daily basis, working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Known for his motivating style and practical approach, he helps clients build strength, improve confidence, and create lasting lifestyle changes.

Kamran brings the same professionalism and energy to M2FT sessions, ensuring every client leaves feeling stronger, fitter, and more capable. His circuit-based training incorporates weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and core work — delivering real results in a supportive environment.
