1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using M2FT's services (including football coaching, fitness training, holiday camps, and online programmes), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

M2FT Ltd offers:

  • 1-to-1 football coaching and fitness training
  • Small group sessions (2-4 participants)
  • Grassroots team coaching
  • Holiday football camps (ages 4-13)
  • Fitness classes and group training
  • Online training programmes via M2FT PT App

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our contact page, email (Marco@officialm2ft.com), or approved booking platform. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreed deposit.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • 1-to-1 sessions: Payment due at time of booking or per agreed schedule
  • Block bookings (4-week, 12-week): Payment due in full before first session or via installment plan if agreed
  • Holiday camps: Full payment required at least 7 days before camp start date
  • Fitness classes: Pay-as-you-go or weekly/monthly packages as advertised

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, card payments, and other methods as agreed. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

1-to-1 and Small Group Sessions:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge
  • No-shows will be charged in full
  • Emergency cancellations (illness, injury) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Holiday Camps:

  • Cancellations 14+ days before camp start: Full refund minus £10 admin fee
  • Cancellations 7-13 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund
  • Medical emergencies: Reviewed on case-by-case basis with documentation

Fitness Classes:

  • Pay-as-you-go: No refunds for no-shows
  • Weekly/monthly packages: No refunds for missed classes, but may transfer to another week with notice

4.2 M2FT Cancellations

If M2FT cancels a session due to coach illness, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive:

  • Full refund, OR
  • Credit towards a rescheduled session (client's choice)

5. Health, Safety, and Conduct

5.1 Health Declarations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect participation. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in liability and termination of service without refund.

5.2 Risk Acknowledgment

Participants acknowledge that football training and fitness activities carry inherent risks. M2FT maintains appropriate insurance, but clients participate at their own risk. Parents/guardians accept responsibility for minors.

5.3 Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
  • Follow coaching instructions and safety guidelines
  • Wear appropriate training kit and equipment
  • Not engage in bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

M2FT reserves the right to remove participants who breach conduct standards, without refund.

6. Safeguarding and Child Protection

M2FT is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. All coaches are DBS-checked, first-aid trained, and follow FA safeguarding guidelines. Any concerns should be reported immediately to Marco@officialm2ft.com.

7. Photography and Media Consent

M2FT may take photos and videos during sessions for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to this use unless you explicitly opt-out in writing. Parents/guardians consent on behalf of minors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the M2FT website, app, and training materials (including coaching methodologies, videos, images, logos) are the property of M2FT Ltd and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M2FT Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during training (unless due to negligence)
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Insurance

M2FT maintains public liability insurance. Clients are encouraged to have their own personal accident and health insurance.

11. Weather and Venue Changes

Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather. M2FT will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative indoor arrangements or reschedule. Venue changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

14. Changes to Terms

M2FT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
